(Flexible 1099 Position)
Small growing interior supply company in the 77084 area is looking for a reliable entry-level admin helper to support daily operations.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role (you handle your own taxes). Great opportunity to gain real administrative experience.
What you’ll be doing:
• Data entry and organizing documents
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Handling emails, phone calls, and messages
• Basic customer and sales team coordination
• Reading simple plans and pulling information (we will train you)
Requirements:
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft 365/Outlook/Excel, managing documents)
• Good phone etiquette and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
• Reliable and able to show up consistently
Details:
• Very flexible schedule — works around school, another job, or family
• Start as a temporary/trial position (1–2 months minimum) with possibility to continue
• Hours and pay based on availability and experience
• Must be local to 77084 / Northwest Houston (Cypress, Katy, etc.)
