Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our apartment community team. This role is responsible for leasing apartments, assisting current and prospective residents, and delivering excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, and present apartment features
Communicate effectively with residents and prospects in English and Spanish
Process rental applications, lease agreements, and renewals
Maintain accurate records of traffic, leases, and resident interactions
Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely manner
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
Assist with resident retention and community events
Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean and presentable
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (property management software experience is a plus)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
