VHT INC is seeking a professional, reliable, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, a quick learner, and have strong communication skills, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by providing information about our RV trailers
• Send applications to banks and financial institutions
• Create accurate bills of sale and other required documents
• Maintain organized files and office records
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Manage emails, phone calls, and general office correspondence
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Support daily administrative and office tasks
Requirements:
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, email, basic software)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail, especially with financial and legal documents
