The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between our warehouse operations and customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth communication. This role involves handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate data entry, all while delivering outstanding client service. Bilingual skills and experience in call center or customer support environments are highly valued to effectively serve diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
Efficiently using data entry systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes.
Assist with Inbound/outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback.
Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer experiences.
Shift:
7am-3:30pm
Monday-Friday
Pay:$15-$18 DOE
