We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant to support our growing property management operations. This is a full-time, in-person role with a mix of office responsibilities and field support.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
Enter and update tenant, property, and vendor information in our system
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and scheduling
Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
Drive to rental properties for inspections and status updates
Support and follow up on property “make ready” processes
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
Willingness to travel locally for property inspections
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Experience in property management or make-ready processes is a plus
