We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and responsible Executive Assistant / Partner Liaison to join our team. This highly visible role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, close attention to detail, and confidence in handling diverse administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing vendor communications, supporting team members, and fostering a professional and welcoming work environment.
Responsibilities
• Office Administration: Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Email Correspondence: Send and respond to emails using proper etiquette, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Team Support: Support a team of 5–10 energy brokers, ensuring smooth day-to-day communication and operations.
• Task Execution: Take direction well and execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Problem Solving: Handle challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.
• Technical Skills: Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
• Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Accurately process information, identify inconsistencies, ensure accuracy in documentation and communication, and catch errors before they become issues.
• Professionalism: Remain confident, adaptable, and capable in high-pressure situations.
• Phone Communication: Make follow-up calls, handle difficult conversations, de-escalate situations professionally, and maintain a courteous tone.
Required Qualifications / Education and Experience
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office management role.
• Experience supporting sales teams and brokers is a plus.
• Familiarity with the energy industry or deregulated power and gas markets is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Experience using CRM software is a plus.
• Strong email and phone communication skills, including proper etiquette and professionalism.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, communication, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle professional correspondence.

What We Offer
• Starting hourly rate of $15.00, increasing to $20.00/hour after a 1-month probation period
