Administrative Assistant – Fabrication company located in Northwest Houston

Seeking a professional and qualified Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude, excellent communication skills, be courteous and professional, and willing to train/be coachable.

We are looking to fill this position immediately!


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform administrative sales support
• Strong computer skills
• Must have experience working in Sage100
• Microsoft Office Suites experience (mainly Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to speak in a professional manner to customers, vendors, and senior management.
• Quick-thinking, problem solver, organized and detail-oriented
• Must be willing to train and be coachable
• Must be willing to take on a variety of assignments as assigned by management on an as-needed basis within the department



REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must have experience working in ERP/Accounting Software; highly preferred to have Sage100 experience.
• Must be able to work onsite from 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Pay rate is $16-$18/hr., DOE
