This is a great to and high gain tube preamp. There are two identical channels, each with its own three level gain switch, bright/normal/dark tone switch, input gain, and volume. The eq is shared. This allows you to switch between two different gain and tone settings on the fly. It will do clean-ish tones if you roll the guitar volume back. The preamp is powered by a standard 12V DC 800mA power supply (no polarity). I am not including a power supply because I don't have one. I have been powering it with a pedal power block instead.
