This Lauren acoustic guitar is a higher end model than their typical entry level guitars. The Model LA 250 MAH means it is and all "mahogany" made guitar. The body and neck are all mahogany, see photos for the deep rich chocolate color. Looks like it is made out of Hershey's chocolate. The body has binding on the top and bottom and the neck is bound along the fret board. I just set it up and put new strings on it. The action is very good. There is some minor buckle rash on the back, but nothing too deep. This would be a great beginner or intermediate player guitar. This guitar new is $425.
