I am sad to see it go, but selling this absolute beauty of a classical guitar. It's a 26" scale with a Spanish cedar top, burled maple or cypress body, very thick rosewood fretboard, and a real rosette! I rescued this guitar from a pawn shop years ago. I took it to the classical guitar experts at Memorial Music to get her in shape--there was a slight bow in the neck, which they steam pressed back to straight.
There was never a maker label in this instrument. The best guess that I, or anybody has, is that a master woodworker decided to take a shot at making a guitar (probably in the 1980s), and they absolutely aced it. It's beautiful, loud, and resonant. The amount of hours it must have taken to make this instrument is truly impressive, and it can be heard. I love this guitar, but honestly I'm not much of a classical player, and it's basically wasted on me and should be in the hands of a true musician. It comes with a hardshell padded case. Reasonable offers entertained.
