Hours: 5:00am - 5:00pm (6 Day Week with Rotating Day Off)

This Day Shift Foreman role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations in the Winding and Finishing areas, ensuring schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and teams are supported. The position works closely with production leadership to coordinate staffing, monitor inventory, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Apply today!
Foreman Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with the Production Manager to direct the activities of day shift production department employees in the Winding and Finishing areas
- Supervise Day Shift Winding Leadman and Finishing Leadman
- Checks inventory levels of supplies and reorders as necessary
- Checks product characteristics including appearance, fit and finish
- Check all shipments
- Compile UPS reports – weekly
- Compile inventory – monthly
Requirements for Foreman:
- 5 to 10 years of production experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and write in English or Spanish
- Capable of understanding and supporting quality, environmental, occupational health and safety requirements
