Assembler / Shop Helper Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools and shop equipment
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure proper fit, alignment, and function
- Perform basic measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Performs various housekeeping activities including sweeping or mopping floor areas, removing solid waste and other trash from work spaces, cleaning work surfaces, replenishing consumable supplies in work areas
- Drive forklift, if licensed
Requirements for Assembler / Shop Helper:
- Able to speak and write English or Spanish
