Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Compounder to join our team on the night shift. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment used in chemical compounding to support production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and weigh raw materials according to formulas
• Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor compounding processes and make adjustments as needed
• Record batch data and maintain accurate documentation
• Clean tanks, lines, and equipment following safety procedures
• Ensure proper transfer of materials to storage tanks
• Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and GMP requirements
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift license (a plus, if applicable)
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work night shifts and overtime if required
Working Conditions:
• Standing for long periods
• Exposure to heat, humidity, and chemicals (with proper PPE)
• Night shift schedule, including possible weekends and overtime
