We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a growing team.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Manage and reply to customer emails
Process and enter customer orders accurately
Assist with purchasing activities
Maintain organized records and documentation
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required
Strong communication and computer skills
Experience with order entry and purchasing preferred
Pipe, Valve & Fitting (PVF) industry experience is a plus
Experience with P21 (Prophet 21) ERP system is a plus
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
