Lead Sheet Metal Fabricator – Roofing & Architectural Metal
Location: Northwest Roof Tile & Metal (Shop Position)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay: $18 - $34 hrly
We are hiring a Lead Sheet Metal Fabricator with real, hands-on shop experience. This is can be a training position and but it's not light-duty work.
What You’ll Do:
Fabricate roofing and architectural sheet metal accurately and efficiently.
Read shop drawings and cut lists.
Operate brake, shear, forklift and related equipment.
Maintain consistent daily production.
Lead the shop floor and keep work moving.
What We Expect (Non-Negotiable):
Proven sheet metal fabrication experience.
Reliable attendance aka show up every day.
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work full shifts.
Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
Safe, efficient work habits.
