**Location:** Houston, TX 77020
**Pay:** $15.50/hr (with potential increase to $15.50–$17.00/hr upon permanent hire)
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Entry-Level Maintenance / Janitorial Associate for a busy warehouse environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, knows how to use basic tools, and is willing to learn. No maintenance experience is required—training will be provided.
**Responsibilities:**
* General warehouse cleaning and janitorial duties
* Assist with basic maintenance tasks
* Operate and maintain equipment after training
* Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
**Requirements:**
* Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools
* Dependable with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse
* Steel-toe boots required
**Schedule:**
* Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
* During vessel unload periods: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
* Vessel projects occur approximately once per month and last 10–14 days, offering significant overtime opportunities
