Senior Pillow Maker / Sewing Specialist – Decorative Pillows

We are looking for someone with solid experience in the following core areas:
Pillow construction (priority):
- Double-sided pillows (fabric/fabric and fabric/leather)
- Experience with multiple pillow styles, including:
- Knife-edge pillows
- Boxed (gusseted) pillows
- Piped or self-welted edge pillows
Technical sewing skills:
- Clean and consistent zipper sewing, including invisible zippers
- Confident operation of industrial sewing machines
- Experience using a 4-thread serger / overlock machine
Craftsmanship & fabric handling:
- High-level fabric handling and finishing skills
- Strong attention to detail (corners, edges, seam consistency)
- Experience working with upholstery-weight and thick fabrics
- Ability to maintain consistent quality across small production runs
Bonus (not required):
Experience working with leather and fabric/leather combinations
Compensation: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skill. Paid trial period required.
This role is best suited for an experienced craftsperson who values quality, precision, and consistency over speed-driven production.
