We need you to have experience in solar or roofing, the ability to handle difficult customers in a professional manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as being able to set a solid appointment s
so that we can get in there, meet them, document their damages and get them filed. From there we will get their roof and storm damage including all interior and exterior collateral damage approved and you will be paid per appointment plus a bonus on the back end on each job, and depending on the profit in the job it will be anywhere from minimum $200 to $500, $750 to 1,000 per appointment and more on the back end. With the amount of jobs set our top dialers are making thousands off their pipelines, and we have a 85% close rate. If our sales people are not closing the majority of the leads with damages, we pull them off and retrain them.
If you're coachable, consistent, willing to put in the effort and time this role can be highly beneficial and the foundation for a long-term career in sales and leadership with the ability to train other people to do this as well, if that is something you would be interested in.

Your performance directly impacts what you earn and how quickly you advance Monday-Sunday ability to call, but you make your own hours.
You'll represent the brand, execute our proven outreach system, and drive demand directly over the phone marketing where we set up your lists, dialer, scripts and you call and set appointments.
Who We Are Looking For:
Driven Customer Service Reps focused Entry Level Marketing Representative to speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections.
This role is ideal for people with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative roles who enjoy talking with people.
You'll work mainly calling residential neighborhoods unless you feel comfortable making commercial calls too then we can give you warm leads to call outside of the dialer.
