* Repurpose content efficiently (one video → multiple posts)
* Post in Facebook groups and manage daily posting schedule
* Write captions, titles, and basic marketing text using AI tools
* Respond to messages, comments, and incoming leads
* Collect and organize client information (Google Sheets / CRM)
* Assist with estimates, invoices, and job tracking
* Manage emails, calls, and follow-ups with clients
