What we mainly do is roofing and restoration projects from storm damage that occurs because of hail, wind, hurricane or tornadoes that hit many properties all around Texas. We also specialize in obtaining leads for other contractors outside of the state, and when a fresh storm hits we can pull lists within a few minutes of all of those areas hit as well as reach out to local contractors and negotiate a rate per lead or a package, whichever they prefer, and can do a split with you on these leads and/or packages sold.
We are willing to work with you and help you grow in any way we can, especially if you have a potential lead that is not ready to set - if you can get their email so we can send them information on our company we get a lot of leads like this to call back - we will still pay you and give you the bonus for any leads that come to fruition like this. The more qualified leads we receive, the more bonuses you will be making and we are always willing to adjust due to the rate of homeowners you are setting over the phone. The more doors we get in the better for all of us-- including you!

We offer performance-based growth and you can start with your initial calling and we can then expand out based on results you are getting along with our bonus structures based on the size of each commission per job.
Your Role will be:
Making outbound calls to homeowners in mainly hail-damaged areas using provided lists and data.
Follow company scripts to engage homeowners about free roof inspections.
Explain the roof inspection process and insurance claim benefits to potential customers.
Schedule appointments for roof inspections with qualified homeowners, this includes no "brand new roofs" (even if there is damage, this needs to usually go through the roofer that just did their home, as they need to handle warranty process, etc, so not a good lead) which usually you should not get as we will make sure we are providing you with areas that are reviewed first. If the neighborhood was just built we usually will not be calling homeowners like that, but if the hail was large enough we may be able to get approvals, just have to see. It will be on a case to case basis depending on the storm but we will always make sure you are calling good areas for the most part, and go step by step on what qualifies a homeowner.
Educate them on the fact that we work with any homeowners including ones that have denied claims, need to file a new claim, need insurance guidance or are unsure if they can file or not, as well as offering cash estimates.
Educate homeowners on the company’s services, including free inspections and insurance claim assistance that covers not only the roof but gutters, windows, garage. We do what is called a full property inspection for no charge.
Work with homeowners who have various insurance situations, from standard deductibles to high-deductible policies
Participate in training sessions and meetings to understand company operations and appointment setting processes
Requirements:
Experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales roles
Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
Strong communication skills for explaining insurance and roofing concepts to homeowners
Comfort with making high-volume outbound calls
Ability to work full-time hours (20-40 hours per week, your choice)
Experience calling into the US market preferred
$250-500 on the median sized roofs then the bigger the homes then the bigger the bonus as well. Also willing to negotiate when we see your experience and that it is working out.
