TIME FOR THE NEXT STEP?
WE'VE GOT an AWESOME
"EFFECTIVE," "EFFICIENT", & "LOW-PRICED" PROCESS!
Our unique Step-By-Step Process is designed to obtain the best results for you, for the lowest possible price. With our process, you pay for just what you need and nothing more....Many Times, Steps (1) or (2), below, are sufficient to bring about an acceptable resolution
--- (1) "DEMAND (OR REQUEST) LETTER" (Starting at only $125)
Our Clients generally start with a "Demand Letter" (OR "Request Letter") written by one of our licensed attorneys. The Demand Letter gives formal notice to the defendant to resolve matters with you, within a certain period of time, typically 30 days. Often, the dispute ends here and no further steps are required.
--- (2) "COMPLAINT" (Starting at Only $195)
If (1), above, fails, then the drafting of the Complaint is next. At your election, one of our attorneys may custom-draft a Complaint (i.e. the court document that starts the law suit). In preparing the Complaint, our licensed attorney will work with you to organize and succinctly present the facts of your case; and then carefully choose and apply the most appropriate cause(s) of action; and then analyze, consider, and state what you are seeking the Court to award you. The Complaint will be drafted so as to be consistent with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and the pertinent Rules of Court. Our attorney can also correctly file and serve the Complaint; or you can attend to this, if you want to save a few dollars. Often, just submitting a copy of the prepared Complaint to the other side is sufficient to elicit a settlement offer from them so as to avoid court altogether.
--- (3) GOING TO COURT (3 General Pricing Options)
If Steps (1) and (2), above, fail to obtain the desired result, the next step is to proceed forward with the Complaint....Our law firm offers 3 general options: (A) Pro-Se Prep (Self-Representation) with Coaching by one of our licensed attorneys; (B) an "Appearance Attorney" (Limited Scope Attorney); or (C) Full Attorney Representation. Available options and pricing will differ subject to the particulars of your case. We would welcome the opportunity to consult with you to explore your options!
