Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Job Duties

Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.

Communicating case information with clients.

Collecting medical bills and records from our client’s healthcare providers.

Calendaring.

Communicating with insurance adjusters in assisting with clients claims.

Miscellaneous requests from the Office Manager and the Partners.

Setting up case files.

Saving and scanning PDFs to client folders.

Receiving and saving mail.

Compensation

$10 an hour full time.

High degree of patience.

Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Products.

Efficient and Excellent work ethic.

Accuracy, attention to detail and good organizational skills.
