tornado tore some shingles off roof. Plywood is in tact and good. shingles needs to be replaced, and felt paper where the paper was torn. In some area paper is still good,intact . There is one spot approx 3in by 3 in where small piece of ply broke, dented inside, due to tornado impact .No need to replace ply. It is solid. Only replace rearrange shingles, and add pieces of felt paper underneath in few places where paper is torn too. Give your bids. If your bid is ridiculous $$K don't bother.all you are doing is replacing shingles and paper and not even throughout the roof-only in few spots.
