We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the equipment and facilities across our large portfolio of single-family residential homes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This role begins as a contracted position with a 90–180 day probationary period. Candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion.
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Experience Required:
Maintenance: 1 year minimum

Location Requirements:
Must be able to commute to Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Candidates outside the area must relocate to Dallas-Fort Worth, TX before starting work

Salary Range: $26.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Must have an HVAC license
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge

- Ability to fabricate parts when needed
- Proficiency in residential painting techniques is a plus
