💰 SIGN-ON BONUS
Technicians who remain employed and in good standing for 90 days will receive a $300 Sign-On Bonus.

• Licensed Plumbers (Journeyman / Master)
• Experienced Handymen
• Certified HVAC Technicians

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in your trade
• Must own and maintain your own tools
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM
• Able to work independently in commercial environments (Walmart, CVS, Dollar General, etc.)
• Plumbers and HVAC Techs must provide valid certifications during prescreening
• Excellent communication, accountability, and professionalism
What This Position Is NOT
✗ No residential customer chasing
✗ No side gigs or “when I feel like it” work
✗ No inexperienced or under-equipped applicants
