We are seeking a reliable, hard-working individual to assist with basic home maintenance, an upcoming move, and general labor tasks at a private residence. Hours depend on needs of the homeowners and can vary-

Role Overview
This is a hands-on role involving light maintenance, moving preparation, and physical labor (lifting, carrying, organizing). Ideal for someone who is dependable, takes direction well, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with light maintenance: touch-up painting, minor repairs, hanging items, basic yard or garage clean-up
Help prepare for an upcoming move: packing and labeling boxes, organizing rooms, disassembling and reassembling furniture as needed
Load, unload, and move household items and boxes safely (including stairs if needed)
Help declutter, haul items to trash/donation area, and keep workspaces clean
Follow instructions and communicate about progress, issues, or needed supplies
Requirements
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for several hours.
Comfortable using basic hand tools and small power tools (for example, drill, screwdriver)
Reliable transportation to and from the property
Punctual, respectful, and able to work around a private household setting
Previous experience in moving, general labor, or maintenance is a plus
Able to pass background
This is a W2 position- 3-6 months- must have authorization to work in US
Pay depends on experience
