We keep looking for small independent contractors to work on our residential properties to do our tenant work orders and tenant move out make readies for single family houses and small apartments.
We are a full-service real estate company that specializes in property management for single family homes and small apartment communities.
Currently we manage over 700+ houses, and 4+ apartments locate all over the greater Houston metro area. Basically, these properties are located about a 2-hour ratios from downtown Houston.
We are looking for contractors to do:
Make ready jobs after a tenant moves out
Handymen work for daily tenant work orders
Hvac work
Plumbing work
Electrical work
Carpenters
Painters
Welders
Lawn maintenance
Etc.
This is NOT for employment.
This is for independent contractors (will need your 1099 or W2 or tax I.D. number. Can not pay out without it).
