Install sheetrock (hang, tape, float)
Texture to match existing
Prime and paint
Install doors and hardware
Ensure walls are plumb, level, and properly secured
Must have:
Experience building full-height interior partitions
Own tools and crew
Reliable transportation
Ability to start soon
