Open Positions:
Assembly Line Workers ($17.50 – $19.50/hr)
Assembling HVAC equipment using hand tools, mounting components, checking quality, and packing. No prior experience needed—will train.
Warehouse Associates ($17.50 – $19.50/hr)
Unpacking incoming inventory, order picking using RF scanners, preparing shipments, and staging parts for the factory floor.
Forklift Operators ($20.25 – $23.50/hr)
Transporting materials across the plant, feeding lines, loading/unloading trailers. Requires 6–12 months of prior sit-down or stand-up forklift experience.
Manufacturing Engineer (Salaried / DOE)
Optimizing assembly lines, troubleshooting production bottlenecks, and leading Lean/Kaizen projects. Requires a BS in Engineering + 1 years of manufacturing experience.
Basic Requirements (Labor/Warehouse/Assembly):
Must be able to stand/walk for 8–10 hours and lift up to 35–50 lbs
High school diploma or GED preferred
Dependable transport to Waller, TX (easy drive from Cypress, Katy, Tomball, and NW Houston)
Must pass basic background check and drug screening
