We are seeking a versatile Full-Time Professional with expertise in Carpentry, Electrical, or Plumbing. You will be responsible for executing high-end residential remodels (kitchens, baths, additions) and commercial tenant improvements.
Core Responsibilities
On-Site Execution: Perform high-quality trade work according to project blueprints and site specifications.
Project Leadership: Lead small teams or work independently to meet strict deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Compliance: Ensure meeting local building codes on every project.
Client Interaction: Maintain a professional presence on-site.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant job site and manage company-provided tools and materials.
Required Qualifications
Licensing: Must hold a valid Texas Journeyman or Master License in any specific Trade like Electrical, Plumbing, or General Contracting.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial remodeling.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, drywall, or tile setting, flooring, plumbing, electric.
Professionalism: Valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.
Reliability: Punctual, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.
