We are asking for a very special person
1. Must be very knowledgeable about how to repair tractors, zero turns, weed eaters excellent mechanic skills a must.
(please do not waste your time or ours if you are not a superior mechanic, this job requires fixing engines, etc...)
2. some electical knowledge, Air conditioning, plumbing, even computer problems
3. Most of the work is mowing and taking care of grounds, we have equipment, but when things break down, you need to fix it
4. must have your own transportation
5. must have a drivers license, no exceptions
6. must live near spring, Woodlands area
