RESPONSIBILITIES: - General housekeeping and maintenance duties. - Basic repairs and support for building maintenance. - Assembly and construction of components and equipment. - Inventory control and organization of tools and materials. - Operational support in various areas as needed. REQUIREMENTS: - Fluent English (mandatory). - Bilingual: Spanish - English. - Must reside in the area of Spring, TX or near. -License's driver- Experience in similar roles. - Proactive, responsible, and problem-solving mindset. - Positive attitude toward teamwork. - Basic knowledge of tools and general maintenance.
