The Counter Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the front counter of the dry-cleaning store. This role includes greeting customers, receiving and tagging garments, processing transactions, and ensuring orders are accurately recorded and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with garment drop-off and pickup
- Tag and log incoming orders in our system
- Explain services, pricing, and turnaround times
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling
- Inspect garments with customers and note special instructions
- Keep the front counter and lobby clean and organized
- Communicate with production staff regarding customer requests

- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Basic computer and cash-handling ability
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Customer service experience
