Position Overview:
The Car Wash Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, maintaining equipment, leading team members, and maximizing sales through exceptional service. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both operational oversight and technical expertise.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Leadership:
Lead daily on-site operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and safety
Greet and interact with customers, delivering a high-quality experience
Drive new customer acquisition and membership upgrades
Build, train, and retain a high-performing team
Foster a positive work environment focused on accountability and growth
Invest in team development to support both personal and professional goals
Sales & Customer Experience:
Maximize revenue through strong customer engagement and service
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Ensure consistent delivery of a premium car wash experience
Equipment Maintenance & Facility Management
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all car wash equipment
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Maintain and calibrate chemical delivery systems
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facility conditions
Install, replace, and upgrade tunnel components as needed
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs
Preventative Maintenance & Compliance
Develop and execute weekly preventative maintenance schedules
Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage
Provide regular reports on equipment and facility performance
Facility Upkeep is extremely important
Ensure both locations operate efficiently with minimal downtime
Assist with general facility maintenance, including:
Lighting
HVAC systems
Plumbing
Grounds maintenance
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in maintenance or a related field (car wash or similar industry preferred)
Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and hands-on repair work
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Pay: $3,000.00 – $3,400.00 (Your Pay is based on car wash experience)
