We are a fast-growing HVAC & Plumbing company based in Houston, TX, and we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to help us expand our network and bring in new accounts.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is not afraid of rejection, knows how to build relationships, and wants to grow with a company long-term.
What You’ll Do:
• Build relationships with property management companies, builders, and commercial clients
• Visit offices and meet decision-makers in person
• Make outbound calls and pitch our HVAC & Plumbing services
• Close service agreements and partnerships
• Develop long-term relationships that generate consistent work
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confidence in face-to-face meetings and cold outreach
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable hearing “no” and pushing forward
• Experience in sales, construction, HVAC, or plumbing is a big plus
Compensation:
