Job Responsibilities
You may work in one or more of the following areas:
Sorting
- Verify customer orders to ensure the correct shirts are packed together.
- Organize shirts by size, color, and order number.
- Ensure orders are accurate before moving into production.
Heat Pressing
- Operate heat press machines to apply designs to T-shirts.
- Ensure designs are properly aligned and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Cutting
- Cut printed transfers and designs for production.
- Prepare transfers for the heat press team.
- Inspect materials to ensure quality before production.
- Qualifications
No experience necessary—we will train you!
Reliable and punctual.
Able to stand for extended periods.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
