Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations across job sites. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks, assisting skilled workers, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
Assist with basic construction, production, or warehouse tasks as needed
Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Assist supervisors and skilled tradespeople with assigned tasks
Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or issues to supervisors
Complete tasks accurately and on schedule
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
Previous labor or construction experience is a plus
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical work for extended periods
Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions (if applicable)
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
