Costa Solutions is looking for hard-working, dedicated workers to work inside a fast-pace warehouse environment. Costa Solutions specializes in unloading services and we are looking to hire Team Members to work at a few of our locations. No experience is necessary to start; we will certify and train to operate electric ride-on pallet jack and sit-down forklifts.
Core Responsibilities
-Use an electric pallet jack or lift to unload product from trailers or containers
-Manually break down product on the dock to fit the customer's rack specifications
-Continuously lift boxes up to 50lbs
-Manually shrink wrap pallets
-Sort and segregate products on dock by SKU
-Be able to work in a cold dock environment
-Ability to be on foot all day, moving at a fast pace to keep up with production
-Basic math and reading comprehension to read and break down sheets
-Ability to work with and communicate in a team environment
-Ability to follow company guidelines and safe unloading procedures
All applicants must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen. Must have valid forms of Identification and be able to be legally employed in the US.
We have multiple locations and multiple shifts. Warehouses are open 24/7 we do work weekends. All schedules are based on 40 hour work week.
