We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to assist with order processing and package handling throughout Houston and nearby communities. This role involves receiving shipments, verifying package contents, preparing items for outbound delivery, printing and applying shipping labels, and coordinating drop-offs at designated shipping locations.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as some tasks may involve travel within the Houston metropolitan area. Candidates should be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and use a smartphone for communication and task updates.
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or delivery services is helpful but not required. Work schedules are flexible and depend on operational needs and shipment volume.
Compensation
Probationary period (first 14 days): $25 per completed task plus reimbursement of approved expenses.
After successful completion of probation: $1,600 monthly base salary, plus $25 per completed task and reimbursement of approved business expenses.
