Visiting properties daily to handle inspections, supply drop-offs, maintenance coordination, and guest-related tasks
Communicating with our cleaning crews, maintenance team, and guests — in English and Spanish
Using property management apps and software to log tasks, update statuses, and send reports in real time
Moving quickly between multiple properties throughout the day — this is a fast-paced, on-your-feet role
Troubleshooting issues on the fly and keeping things running smoothly across our portfolio
What We're Looking For
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license — required
Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic technology (you'll be trained on our systems, but you need to pick things up fast)
Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision
Quick on your feet — literally and figuratively
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience is a plus but NOT required — attitude and hustle matter more
