• Initial Secures / Lock Change and Lockbox
• Janitorial Cleaning Services
• Lawn Services - Bi-weekly Grass Cuts
• Mold Remediation
• Property Maintenance (General Home Repairs)
• Roof Repairs / Replacement
• Trash Outs (Debris Removal)
• Winterizations
• Must carry HUD keys
Requirements:
For all work you must supply your own vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, computer, smart phone with Wi-fi, etc.
For insurance you must carry a minimum of $1M in General Liability with Errors & Omissions. Workers Compensation insurance is required if you have employees or provide a letter of exemption.
