Part-Time Hours : 9:30am-2:30pm

Responsibilities Include:
• Clean common spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and rooms as assigned. Includes cleaning walls, floors, mirrors, and windows; dusting paintings, windowsills, furniture, counters, and door frames; mop floors as needed.
• Prepare rooms for guests, including making the beds and cleaning the furniture and floors.
• Complete all assigned tasks as outlined on shift checklists.
• Empty trash and recycling as necessary.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues that come to your attention.
• Respond quickly to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner and follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Represent and promote the hostel in a positive manner to guests, local officials, local residents, community media and the general public.
• Attend mandatory meetings and other training courses as directed.
• Wash, dry, and put away laundry, including bedding and towels.
• Deep cleaning as necessary.
• Complete all other duties as assigned by management.
Skills/Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service and problem resolution skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
