🔹 POSITION 1: Driver / Lead Mover
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 / hour (based on experience) + TIPS!
Type: Full-Time (Minimum 35 hours/week required)
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Team: Take charge of the truck and guide your helper(s) to ensure a smooth move.
Safety First: Safely drive and maneuver the moving truck from pick-up to drop-off locations.
Prep & Inventory: Ensure the truck is stocked with proper tools, blankets, and straps before leaving.
Customer Service: Communicate professionally and politely with clients to give them a stress-free experience.
Requirements:
Must have 1 year of professional driving/moving experience.
Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Must provide professional references.
🔹 POSITION 2: Mover / Helper
Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate + TIPS!
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time available
What You’ll Do:
Carefully pack, wrap, lift, and load customers' belongings.
Work efficiently as a team with your Driver/Lead Mover.
Maintain a positive, helpful attitude on the job site.

🚗 Reliable Transportation: You must have a dependable way to get to and from work on time.
🧼 Professional Appearance: All staff are required to wear the company-provided uniform.
🔍 Background & Screening: Must be able to pass a drug screen and a criminal background check.
💪 Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects and stay on your feet for extended periods.
