Pay rate is $ 14.50/hr to start once hired thru the company it can go up to $15-$16/hr
Work hours:
2 opening for 2nd Shift 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12 hrs)
1 opening for 3rd Shift 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (8 hrs)
Must pass a drug test
Must pass a criminal background check
Must have a Valid Driver’s License
Must have reliable transportation
Job Description:
• Ensure the loading and unloading of pipe, to and from the oven, is done in a safe manner
• Ensure to follow the cycle and make sure the pipe are passed through all the zones
• Operating hoist cranes to load and unload pipe to and from the oven
• Ensure to secure the box and tail stock of the mandrel in the allotted slots using pins and adapters and locks provided
• Moving the cured pipes from the oven to the extractor rack
• Operating the cutting saw for releasing the sleeve from mandrel
• Moving the mandrel to extraction unit using hoist crane and extracting the pipe
• Moving the mandrel to preparation station and making it ready
• Inserting sleeve to the mandrel and securing using pin lock
• Winding masking and heat resistant tapes as instructed and required
• Cleaning the thread sleeve and ensuring the sleeve is in good condition
• Apply release agent to the mandrel as required
• Moving the prepared mandrel to winding station and loading
• Keeping the work area and tools clean
• Ensure product quality by operating machine under operation procedures
• Checks and records the daily production activity
• Make sure the products in compliance with quality standard
• Organizes, maintains tools, equipment in good order and good condition
• Reports error related to machines, tool, equipment to the department manager
