Mobile Temporary Services is assisting our client to locate energized warehouse order pullers to join their team!
This company is based in Houston, Texas and specializes in storage and distribution of perishable food items for large retail customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transport pallet using a riding electric pallet jack.
Locate the cases in the aisle and bay using the voice pick system.
Pull the cases per the voice order.
Wrap pallet.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A resume that shows experience is needed.
Must be able to withstand warehouse temperature of 30-34 degrees Fahrenheit.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must have at least 1 year of experience with the Riding Electric Pallet Jack (certification not needed).
Ability to pay attention to details.

JOB TITLE: Customer Service (Scale Operator Floater)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Scale Operator will float from one location to another and eventually settle at the main location in Houston, Texas 77020.
Assisting customers at the scale and the cashier office.
Handling data entry, cashier duties, and record keeping. Will be trained on the scale.
Accurately performing data entry. Answer phones and file paperwork as needed.
Occasional general labor work in the yard.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred.
Excellent customer service, some cash handling, and basic computer skills.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform in-process and final inspections of frac plugs, packers, and related components.
Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy.
Conduct visual inspections for defects, material inconsistencies, and workmanship issues.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality system requirements.
Assist in calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the inspection area.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

JOB TITLE: CNC Machine Operator

PAY: $18/hr. + DOE - AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXP
SCHEDULES:
Day Shift: 5 am to 5 pm
Monday to Thursday
Night Shift: 5 pm to 5 am
Monday to Thursday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run basic programs.
Report on correct production quantity as needed.
Utilize basic part inspection equipment.
Accurately place part identification on finished goods.
Detect and report machine malfunctions.
Detect and identify out-of-tolerance production.
Execute required tool offsets in tool list to maintain required tolerance.
Identify abnormal operating conditions and notify maintenance.
Record downtime in electronic system.
Maintain weekly NCR levels and rejection rate below 3% of work order.
Maintain a scrap rate below 4%
Conduct required preventive maintenance (PM's) at assigned station.
Consistently achieve daily production target of 90%.
Utilization of optical comparator.
Removal of CNC waste.
Basic understanding of G&M code.
Manually "prep" oversized blanks without assistance.
Troubleshoot machine, i.e., clear alarms, clogged coolant lines, adjust jaws.
Produce parts that require mid-range degree of accuracy.
Basic on machine program corrections.
Produce all parts within company library.
Train new operators.
Operate all machines on production shop floor.
Perform basic setups when needed.
Machine complex metal parts.
Understanding of all measuring equipment used on production floor.
Intermediate understanding of prints and inspection techniques.
Advanced tool knowledge.
Assist machine operators as needed to minimize downtime.
Ensure machines are following production schedule.
Execute setups and changeovers in a timely manner.
Set up all basic lathe and mill composite and steel work.

Troubleshoot machine downs issues without maintenance assistance and perform simple maintenance repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED is required. Advanced degree or certificate is preferred.
Two to five plus years of lathe and mill experience. A diverse background in running different types of machines is
preferred.
Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of general shop mathematics and able to apply the knowledge into practical
application.
Advanced mechanical aptitude skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-pressured, and fast-paced environment.
Ability to speak, read, and write the English language fluently, is preferred.
Basic computer literacy skills.
Must be self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision while providing leadership to coworkers.
Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively operate multiple machines at one time.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The Setup Machinist Level 2 must be able to:
Operate basic office machines, such as a computer, copy machine, fax, scanner, etc.

Qualified to operate a forklift (certified).
Load and unload trucks.
Lift 50lbs. unassisted.
Package finished product with assistance.
Understand packaging schedule.
Interpretation of packing slips and bills of lading.
Count, sort, and label inventory items.
Move material to and from designated areas.
Identify shipment dimensions with tape measure.
Contain product within complete pallets with automatic pallet wrapper.
Operate company vehicle according to policy.
Secure loads for transport via truck.

One year of experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

JOB TITLE: Heat Treat Shop Helper
TYPE: Temp to Hire
LOCATION: Houston Tx, 77022
PAY: $15/hr.
SCHEDULE: Monday through Saturday (7 am - 3:30 pm)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load and unload metal parts into furnaces, bins, baskets, or fixtures.
Move materials using hand trucks, hoists, or forklifts (certification may be required).
Assist operators with setting up and monitoring heat treating equipment (furnaces, quenching tanks, etc.)
Perform basic maintenance tasks like cleaning machines and work areas.
Follow written shop orders and customer instructions for heat treating cycles.
Help monitor furnace temperatures and timing to ensure proper treatment.
Quench heated parts in oil or water baths to achieve desired hardness.
Clean parts using wire brushes, solvents, or sandblasting
Mask or paint parts as needed for specific treatments
Mark or label treated parts for identification
Promote good housekeeping and safety practices
Report equipment irregularities or non-conformities to supervisors.
