Maintenance Technician ($18-$20) Full-Time
Two Multifamily Communities | South Park (77047) & Mission Bend (77083)

We are hiring two reliable, hands-on team members to handle apartment maintenance, make-ready work, and community/vacant unit cleaning at our properties in the 77047 and 77083 areas.

Key Duties

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-ready)

Community cleaning and vacant unit cleaning

Plumbing repairs (leaks, toilets, faucets, disposals)

Carpentry: doors, cabinets, trim, framing

HVAC service and basic troubleshooting (EPA preferred)

Drywall repair, patching, painting

Tile repair/installation as needed

General repairs and preventive maintenance

Respond to work orders promptly and professionally

Requirements

2+ years of apartment or multifamily maintenance preferred

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

Experience with drywall, tile, and general construction

Reliable transportation and basic hand tools

Detail-oriented; able to work independently and with a team
