**Job Title:** General Labor Helper
**Location:** Near Hwy 288 & Almeda, Houston, TX
**Pay Rate:** $15.00/hour
**Shifts Available:** Day Shift & Night Shift
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Helpers to support daily operations at a manufacturing facility that produces and packages drilling powders. This role involves assisting with production, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the manufacturing and packaging of drilling powder products
* Operate basic production and packaging equipment (training provided)
* Load and unload materials, including bags and containers
* Weigh, label, and stack finished products accurately
* Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
* Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
* Support team members and supervisors with general tasks as needed
**Qualifications:**
* Previous general labor or warehouse experience preferred but not required
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
* Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment
* Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
* Reliable transportation and strong attendance
* Willingness to work either day or night shift
**Work Environment:**
* Industrial manufacturing setting
* Exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures
* PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) may be required
