We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming apartment community. The ideal candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning leasing office, laundry rooms, clubhouse, and common areas
Maintaining cleanliness of breezeways, stairwells, and exterior grounds
Assisting with trash pickup and property appearance
Preparing vacant units for move-ins as needed
Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management
Helping maintain the overall curb appeal of the community
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or apartment community experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay on task
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
