We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Drywall, Paint, and Texture Specialist to join our team full-time. This position will focus heavily on high-quality drywall repairs, matching various texture styles, painting, and assisting with overall apartment make-readies at our properties in the 77047 and 77083 zip codes.

Key Duties
Drywall & Texture: Repair holes, cracks, and water damage. Hang, tape, float, and expertly match existing wall and ceiling textures (orange peel, knockdown, skip trowel, etc.).
Painting: Full unit turns, accent walls, trim work, and exterior touch-ups as needed.
Make-Ready Work: Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring a flawless finish.
General Maintenance: Assist the team with minor plumbing, carpentry, and general punch-list repairs to get units 100% ready for move-in.
Property Upkeep: Maintain a clean, professional work area and ensure community standards are met.
Requirements
2+ years of experience specializing in drywall repair, sheetrock installation, texturing, and professional painting (multifamily experience a plus).
Strong attention to detail—ability to blend textures seamlessly is a must.
Basic knowledge of general apartment maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, light electrical).
Reliable transportation to travel between properties and your own basic hand tools/painting tools.
Dependable, professional attitude, and able to work independently.
