We are hiring experienced service advisor/ customer service, who are ready to work.
Our shop consists electrical, and mechanical repairs and locksmith.
Must have experience in automotive field!
Must have experience in customer service, and have a positive attitude towards incoming clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer locksmith phone calls for pricing and to schedule our 2 techs
Talk to incoming customers regarding mechanic problems and be able to upsell services
Communicate with customers regarding their car
Talk to mechanics to communicate what needs to be done to vehicles
Experience in tek metric is a plus
Bilingual is required.
Schedule: Full time
8am-6pm Mon-Fri
8am-2pm Saturday
